One of my first (and largest) projects at Snapsheet was building its brand. Coming into the heavily developer based company, I was surprised to find that we had nothing more than a logo and a few colors to represent our identity. Starting from scratch was a great learning experience as I got to research typefaces, colors, brand values, etc. Putting together brand guidelines has given Snapsheet a clear and consistent identity that will be added to and evolved for years to come.
BUSINESS CARD REDESIGN
With the new brand guidelines in place, it was time to redesign the business cards to give Snapsheet a cohesive and unified look.
The circuit board reference naturally lends itself to attention-grabbing printing techniques. The graphic traffic elements can be easily animated in medias that allow it. The placement of the crosswalk pattern on contact side subtly reference the I/O of a memory card.
